That's why we focus on optimizing and further developing core financial IT systems and platforms-based on modern technology. We create unified guidelines and promote best practices for a finance IT team of 20+ global IT experts, always keeping regional and country specifics in mind. Currently, we are piloting our new divisional billing platform, GRIP, and are now seeking support to strengthen our team as we implement this solution in additional eCommerce markets.

Your Challenges
- You will take over responsibilities in various phases of SAP project implementation, including requirement gathering, testing, and sub-project management
- For successful implementation you will coordinate the alignment between business and IT in the area of future billing processes
- You develop and deliver GRIP training
- You will coordinate and plan User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- You will Support project controlling
- You have a university degree with a focus on IT, or a comparable qualification.
- You also bring several years of professional experience in finance or consulting with a focus on subscription and consumption billing technologies, preferably in a logistics environment.
- Solid experience in the SAP BRIM environment is required, ideally proven by relevant certifications, and preferably complemented by knowledge in agile software development.
- You are proficient in creating detailed process maps and documentation of existing processes. Familiarity with process modeling is required
- Strong interpersonal skills are key to effectively communicate with various stakeholders (business units, internal and external IT partner companies) and facilitate workshops.
- You have Strong analytical skills to assess current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements based on the given SAP systems.
- Understanding of the specific business functions in the area of finance, rating, and invoicing.
- Flexibility: We offer up to 2 days/week of location-flexible work, plus flexible working hours without core hours. Regulations may vary depending on the task and role.
